WHY SHOULD I CHOSE YOUR SOAP?

The King’s Offspring, LLC, makes luxury, handcrafted products formulated using the highest quality, all-natural, organic, and plant-based ingredients. They are handmade in small batches and cured with love. We create skincare products that you can be proud to gift loved ones, display in your home, and used to pamper yourself and your family. Most commercially produced soaps contain harsh synthetic chemicals with names that are hard to pronounce. We made our soaps with simple, skin-loving ingredients that leave your skin feeling and smelling great. We are committed to offering you a superior product at an affordable price, concentrating on consistency and quality.

We use high-grade essential oils, dried botanicals, fair trade shea butter, avocado butter, and other all-natural oils and ingredients. Our skin is the largest organ on our body; we should give it the special care it deserves.
Please note that color shades and swirl styles may vary slightly because of the soap’s handmade nature. We cut all bars to approximately 1inch thick, each weighing roughly around 4.5 oz. With that said, each soap loaf and bar is individually unique.

DO YOU USE LYE IN YOUR SOAP?

Briefly: No lye, no soap. Sodium hydroxide (also known as lye) is used to produce handmade soap as a binding agent. However, by the time the soap has fully cured, all sodium hydroxide traces will have evaporated. Without the use of lye, all that remains is water, all-natural kinds of butter, oils, and fragrance—which does not cleanse. 🙂

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

We urge you to read the ingredient list on each product page thoroughly. Please note: we provide all ingredients, per product, to ensure transparency and offer peace of mind, should you be prone to allergic reactions. The King’s Offspring, LLC, accepts no liability and shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of products purchased from The King’s Offspring, LLC. Purchasing our products signifies you accept this statement and release The King’s Offspring, LLC from all liability. If you have any uncertainty about any of the ingredients, please do not purchase the product for your safety.

HOW LONG WILL MY BAR OF HANDMADE SOAP LAST?

Our all-natural bars of soap last a lot longer than you may expect. On average, each bar will last about two to three weeks with daily use. We recommend you use a draining soap dish to help prolong the life of your bars. We offer handcrafted wooden soap holders, which are available for purchase here.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Because of the nature of our products, and for safety concerns, all sales are final.

Please make sure that you are confident with your order before finalizing the purchase.

If we have made an error with your order, please email Hi@thekingsoffspring.shop to rectify the situation. We will happily do this at no additional charge to you.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot change an order once submitted. Please make sure that you are confident with your order before finalizing the purchase. Thank you.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 

Please ensure that you have provided the correct billing address and telephone number when paying for your purchase. Providing incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order—including cancellation of your order. Thank you.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us informing you we have received your order. You will then receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can use the tracking information to track and see where your delivery is. • Processing + Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During the holiday seasons and special events, orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
• Insurance and Upgrades: You may select upgraded shipping for guaranteed delivery times or insurance for your item at checkout. Please note that once we ship your order, it is out of our control to provide an estimated delivery date, unless you have purchased upgraded shipping or insurance.
• Returned Orders: If an order is returned or marked as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us. Once received, the order can be re-sent for just the cost of shipping. We will not refund any refused orders. Please note: we do not accept cancellations for returned orders.

• Customs and Import Taxes: Please note, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Furthermore, The King’s Offspring, LLC, is not responsible for delays due to customs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED?

The King’s Offspring, LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we deliver your package to the shipping facility (UPS/USPS/FedEx, etc.), the package’s ownership then transfers to you. If your package arrives damaged, please send us an email at Hi@thekingsoffspring.shop with “DAMAGED PACKAGE” as the subject.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

The King’s Offspring, LLC, will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the state of CA. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes paid in that respective state.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE AND CUSTOM ORDERS?

Please be advised, all custom orders and wholesale orders require a minimum lead time of four (4) weeks to cure. We require full payment upfront on all wholesale and custom orders. Please email Hi@thekingsoffspring.shop for more information.
